Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our luxury candles and for hygiene purposes, all candle purchases are final and non-returnable once opened or used.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the damage. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement for the wrong order or issuing a refund for the damaged product only.

We take great care in packaging each Funnella Rose candle to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to bring enchantment to your space.

Once an item has been placed in "shipped" status, we will not cancel any orders.

Products left out in weather can become compromised and damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery of the order. We will not refund or accept any returns for negligence of purchased items left unattended under any circumstances.

Gift Cards / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any gift cards.
